Delivery Times
We offer flexible delivery options to suit you:
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 6 pm can be delivered the next day
- Timed Delivery: Choose a specific date and delivery window for special occasions
- Same Day Delivery: Contact us to arrange. Subject to availability.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary by location. We offer free delivery within 10 miles of Ponteland. Outside of that area, the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
What to Expect
All our bouquets and arrangements are carefully prepared and delivered to make sure they arrive in pristine condition. Our delivery team takes great care with every order.
We attempt delivery once. If the recipient is not available the flowers are returned to us and a card is left to let them know we attempted delivery along with details about how to collect them from us. If a neighbour is available and willing to accept responsibility for the flowers, we will leave with them.
Special Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout, such as preferred safe places or access codes for apartment buildings.
